Who We Are

LUPA was established in 1981 in an effort to collectively lobby for rights and benefits of municipal police officers."Strength in Numbers" was the basis for establishing these efforts to increase and maintain rights and protection provided by the states constitution. As a statewide association, L.U.P.A. offers a statewide voice for all our members.
